Assessment Approach
Formal exams covering all term work. Continuous assessment through tests, assignments, practicals, and projects. Moderated marking ensures consistency. Achievement tracked against CAPS requirements with detailed feedback.
Parent Role
Support and oversight rather than direct teaching. Ensure study schedules are maintained, provide resources, and maintain open communication about challenges. About 6-7 hours daily of structured learning time.
